To begin with, small grilled dishes. Anchovy on bread, delicate grilled cherry tomato with tuna, edamame, and artichoke.
Perfectly grilled oyster.
Followed by local squid and its ink, sea cucumber, and a dish of grilled aubergine and mushroom.
Vibrant coloured prawns only available from Palamos.
Grilled fish of the day. A special note: eyes and cheeks are saved for last.
When in the Basque Country, a chuleton is a must.
